Ticket price:
Standard ticket: 450 euros
Supporter ticket: 550 euros
Reduced price ticket: 350 euros
Alternate ticket: 100 euros
Sign up:
Sign up starts on the 10th of March and runs for 2 weeks. All the information about sign-up, flagging and casting can be found on the corresponding page.
Language:
The game and all the materials will be fully in English.
Besides the specific rules found on this website the House Rules for Stichting Silhouette Society Immersive also apply.
Getting to the venue
The nearest train station to the venue is Nijmegen Centraal. This station has excellent connections with Schiphol as well as Eindhoven Airport.
We can arrange pick up and drop off from the station for a small fee (probably around 10 euros for a return). But you can also get a bus or cab.
Times
We’re working on refining our schedule but workshops start around 20:00 on arrival day. You can leave the venue after your run ends on the last night of play but at the latest the next afternoon around 14:00.
Included in ticket:
- Room with 2 to 4 players.
- Bed linen and towels.
- A pre-written character.
- All meals from dinner on the first night to brunch on the final day (4x breakfast, 3x lunch, 4x dinner)
- Tea, coffee and water.
Payment and refunds
After you’ve received your initial casting announcement. You’ll receive a payment link. We have the following policy for refunds:
If you cancel before the 1st of august we will give you your money back minus a non-refundable 50 euro fee.
After the 1st of august we can no longer guarantee a refund.
It might be that we cannot immediately refund you (due to location costs etc. So it might be you have to wait a moment for your money to be refunded.
